The Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich was prepared with an unusually large quantity of extra White Cheddar Cheese, which I requested and was excellent. Insufficient ketchup ONCE AGAIN.

Dunkin's service has gone from bad to worse. The Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich was prepared on a croissant rather than on an English Muffin, as I had ordered. It was wrapped in paper but was not placed inside a bag. No napkins AGAIN. The Iced Latte contained inadequate skim milk and was very dark in color and far too bitter. Overall, the entire order was disgusting.

The Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich was assembled in a sloppy manner, and the cheese was not melted. The restaurant was out of the Iced Chai Latte, and I was, therefore, forced to accept a substitute beverage. Unacceptably slow preparation time. Extremely poor service overall.

Despite my request, the Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich was prepared with egg, which, for medical reasons, I can not eat. The sandwich  had to be discarded. The English Muffin was badly burnt. My request for extra white Cheddar Cheese was disregarded.  Totally disgusting! Insufficient ketchup. No napkins.

The Dasher telephoned me from the restaurant to state that they were out of the cream cheese spread that I ordered, and I had to accept a substitution. The Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread was adhered to the wrapper in which it was contained. No napkins AGAIN. Dunkin' is pathetic.
