I ordered last night and the lady from Dunkin's called me and told me there were no more plain bagels (instead of just randomly giving something else or omitting it from the order which had happened to many too many times) and her tone was so pleasant and sweet. Like she really wanted do well on my order end provide great customer service and she really did and I really appreciated that and my food and drinks were made really well and she remembered my straws and DoorDash orders are almost always missing my straws so this was a really good experience and I really appreciate her taking such good care of my order:)

Ordered a blueberry mufin, received a chocolate chip muffin. Coffee flavor bland, i kee trying to reorder, thinking I ordered wrong or maybe they were busy. But the coffee is just consistently incconsistent in quality.
