My Strawberry Dragonfruit Dunkin' Refresher was made perfectly, the ice coffee i got was also made so well and food is still hot and delicious

unfortunately I didn't think to take a picture of the food once I got it, I ate the sandwich and the coffee and colada yesterday when I got it, the bagels I saved for today and I have to say I am extremely disappointed in these bagels, there's barely enough cream cheese on them for one side of the bagel let alone the other and it is absolutely terrible to eat a bagel not toasted with no cream cheese on it at all especially considering how much I spent on breakfast, also the bacon egg and cheese did not have any ketchup salt or pepper and this specific store did not allow for a special instructions so I couldn't even let them know that I wanted ketchup salt and pepper, nor could I let them know that I wanted the cream cheese on the side because I wasn't going to eat it right away and I wanted it in a packet not put on the bagel already because it is hard as a rock today when I go to eat it. The coffee was not that bad and it's pretty hard to screw up a colada so no real complaints ther

Without my knowledge. Nor my dashers knowledge, they changed our breakfast sandwich order due to them being out of croissants, sealed the bag and sent my dasher on his way. This is highly unacceptable to do by this store. Then for the person I spoke to being so rude on top of this. Horrible customer service by Dunkin' Donuts.
