I ordered thinking it was coming from the Dunkin down the road from me. It came from Village shires and good lord it was terrible. The donuts were dry and crunchy. Donuts are not supposed to be crunchy, and our sandwiches were not toasted even slightly. The egg was ice cold in the center and maybe room temp for the outer part of the sandwhich.  Such a waste of money.

the food is horrible. nothing is ever cooked all the way, the bagels are hard and stale and so are the muffins. multiple times I've ordered, hoping it was just a bad day, but a year later and everything is still bad and old tasting.

I bought these in the morning, which should be the best time to get fresh donuts, so I don’t understand why two of them tasted stale and three were extremely sticky and overly soft, like they weren’t fully cooked or the frosting hadn’t set properly. Coffee was great.

I asked to be contacted if they were out of stock of anything. They didn't contact me. Instead have a bag of day old stale donut MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats
