Matcha was basically half full when i got it and it just tastes like flavored milk. Something just wasn't right. Everything else was fine!

The potion drink was incredibly bitter. Maybe the brew was old or burnt im not sure. I've had dark beer less bitter though.  The food was hot and fresh and tasted fantastic. 7 out of 10 today Dunks. Will order again, bitnot this drink. - middle aged Bostonian transplanted to FL.

The Chicken & Roasted Pepper Dunkin' Wrap would be amazing if I didn't have to warm it up due to a still cold center every single time! I have had this happen at multiple locations. Please fix this.
