Cream cheese looks like it was plopped out of the container. Not spread on the bagel at all. 

Donuts were thrown in the bag haphazardly and the frosting is all over the bag - not on the donuts.

I ordered six donuts intentionally to get a box. The six donuts with icing were stacked and stuffed into a bag instead of a box. They were squished and I had to peel them apart, losing the icing. This has happened multiple times. 

Coffee and wake up wraps were fine.

Everytime I order here the food is stale, the drinks are either wrong or are made from extremely old products. The milk in my drink is chunky.

Coffee were every where in the bag, and in the Classic Donuts and I ordered 5 counts MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats didn't even get it , I expected more , a better packaging...
