Whoever was manager on 3-10-2026 at 1230pm CT should have done a better job ensuring quality and value. All 3 bagels were light on schmear - parts of all the bagels had none at all. It was also obvious they used a dirty knife as a different type of schmear that I didn't order was mixed in with the cinnamon bagel (onion taste mixed with cinnamon, gross). Had ordered a couple times before with no issues but was very disappointed this time.

The bacon egg and cheese everything bagel is awesome, probably the best one I have had.
I did not receive the hot hot chocolate that I paid almost 7 dollars for. The store needs to train their people better so thier people actually know how to make sure people get what they pay for.

I typically order the NEW! Chorizo Breakfast Burrito once a week or so when I make it into the area. It has been stellar eveytime, but today it seemed very dry and the tortilla seemed stale. It was difficult to chew at times and lacked it's typically great flavor.
The Cold Brew Shake, Large was and always is fantstic. I have ZERO complaints about this.
The Twice-Baked Hashbrown seemed a little lacking this week as well. Typically a great side piece.
Overall great place though!

Muffins were great. Unfortunately, bagels were chewy and barely any shmear on them. Would not order bagels from here again.
