• 15/8/23It was so much food. The taste was so fresh and delicious. The only thing they didn't add was utensils, but those I think you had to request. I'll do it next time. Totally worth it. Also, door dash delivered so fast. Sooner than expected. Happy for that.

• 21/3/24they were out of strawberry lemonade which is fine i just got raspberry tea instead.
chicken was disgusting. had the texture of boiled chicken & was dry with bumpy skin on it.
ended up picking it out of the bowl which also had so much onion that i also picked out because it stunk.
ended up just eating a bowl of rice & beans with crushed up tortilla chips.

• 24/8/26Double chicken bowl tasted disgusting. Tasted like old frozen chicken. Had to stop eating halfway. Couldn't finish the meal. Not ordering from this Pollo Loco again.

• 19/3/23Rice and chicken were dry. Other than the kick of the pinto beans, the bowl as a whole was tasteless. Will not be ordering again from this store.
