Pollo Locos deal buy one get oneDouble Chicken Bowl is really worth it. They give you so much food for the price compared to any other food chain around plus they dont charge you additional $3.99 service fees so I would rather buy more food from them on a regular basis. The quality is still there. Thank you

I ordered 10 medium Salsa Fresca (Medium) and only got 5. Instead of the other 5 salsas, they put in that disgusting green salsa which I did not order at all. On top of that, they put dark meat chicken in the Double Chicken Bowl. It's supposed to have all breast meat. we don't eat dark meat chicken so we had to pick out the dark meat which left us with only about 1/4 the amount of meat that we were able to eat. Not happy with this location at all!

I've had El Pollo Loco many times but not at this location and not delivered, but the chicken looked, felt, and tasted like it was old. So disappointing.

thats supposed to be "double" Double Chicken Tostada?? There was hardlying any there. This picture doesnt do it justice. Almost $20 they should have no problem loading it with chicken!
