First time ever having El Pollo Loco in my life. Lol. Bought the 8pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Family Meal - Very Delicious big meal, good value. All items were accounted for, hot and tasty. Packaged well, too. Will buy from this restaurant again. Thank you.

¡El Pollo Loco tiene el mejor pollo! This place is hands down my go-to spot for chicken every time. The 8pc Family Meal with an extra 5 Pack of Tortillas is perfect for feeding me and my roommate.When the protein cravings hit hard, adding the extra 8 pieces for just $12.99 turns it into an absolute feast. And you cannot forget the sauces—they’re all amazing.The star of the show is the Avocado Salsa (Hot), poured over the chicken on a warm tortilla, then topped with some of their corn. That combo is my all-time favorite. Cheers!

Taste ok nothing special chicken was dry.
Portion more lettuce than rice and beans
Salad was fresh
No the flour tortilla was old not fresh
Churros were reheated, old and stale.
Disappointed cause it has been terrific at other times! .

I had two side orders one small rice and one small mashed potatoes. Each was $6.00. The quantity of each side was a joke. Literally 3 tablesspoons for $6.00. While the food was good there was such a small amout given it was laughable!!

Yes I ordered the Double chicken Tostado. I got about 6 pieces of chicken in my salad and the tostada shell taste like it had been cooked in old oil. I also got chips and salsa as a side and it was in 2 very small containers. I scoop of salsa for the stale chips. What a rip off. All that was in my salad was lettuce and 6 pieces of chicken and 1 dressing. For 11.99 this is not worth it. Very disappointed!
