Avocado was completely oxidized, flavor was off, got the Double Chicken Avocado Salad and came with a few pieces of chicken, the amount of salad is less than the half of the container, chips are stale, salsa for the chips missing... just not good at all.

Our family is quite fond of the food from the various El Pollo Loco restaurants
..but have to admit, of all the El Pollo franchises I have ever been experienced,
this particular restaurant needs some serious improvement.
All 3 pcs. of the chicken from the 3 piece meal was incredible dry right to the bone. Then there was very little meat on each separate individual pieces of the chicken. In fact, one was a little more than burnt as the skin was half blackened on that piece. The corn salad was unbelievably bland as can be.
On top of this, the number of condiments was not according per our request therefore we had a shortage of sauces even. Overall, we felt like it was wasted money on top of a "not-so-great experience" with this particular restaurant.

The Homemade Tortilla Soup (Large) and Chicken Avocado Taco were great. The problem was the Chips & Guacamole Regular. The guacamole was frozen. I have never seen this before. It was very gross and seemed to not be fresh. With food costs going up, this was very disappointing.

The Classic Tostada salad was terrible.there was very little chicken in it. The chicken that was in it was burned to a crisp, very small pieces, gristle and not much flavor. It did not include avocado or salad dressing.no napkins and no utensils.

The chicken was dry and really small pieces. Like they were teenage chickens and not fully grown. The flavor was good, just small and dry. Potatoes, rice and beans were all good.
