Everything we ordered was fresh, the Super Loaded Fries were huge and smacked, the Quesabirria was so fire I couldn't even get a picture of it and the carne asada Quesadillas was excellent.

The bread is not good , dry and the cheesecake was dry as well felt old. The cookie is the size of chip ahoy which is rip off.

The Mexican Rice, Refried Beans, and pork Tamales are so fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Best beans and rice i've had in fresno, other places are lacking in flavor compared to el ranchito bakery. I order the 5oz cups of rice and beans, but I wish there was an option for a two tamal, rice and beans combination plate!

These pork tamales were SO GOOD! 🤤🔥 The pork was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, and the masa was soft, perfectly seasoned, and had just the right texture. Every bite was delicious! You can tell they were made with care and authentic homemade flavor. Definitely some of the best tamales I’ve had—I’ll absolutely be coming back for more! 🌶️🫔❤️ pics do no justice !!

Ordered here because I've been seeing tiktoks, but not nearly as good as other bakeries. La Estrella is wayyy better! The jalepeno cheese bread was not soft and did not taste good. And the pan dulce was too small for the price in my opinion. The ham torta was alright but small. The tamale was ok but too dry for my liking. Would not order again.
