They have the best sazon in my opinion and the chicken is always juicy and fresh

The food was good but they took 1 hour to do it. The chicken and the tostones were hot and the portions were perfect. I would maybe order it again.

Extremely disappointed with my order from Equis Pica Pollo. I ordered a 10-piece meal and they gave me almost all chicken breasts instead of an actual mix of chicken pieces. They also sent way less fries than they usually do, which honestly made the whole order feel cheap and careless.
To make it worse, instead of the usual liter soda, they replaced it with two small cans without even mentioning it. After paying their ridiculously high service fees (since they’re not even on DashPass), plus taxes and tip, the total comes out expensive enough that you expect your order to at least be correct and consistent.
This was honestly one of the most disappointing orders I’ve gotten from them and I will no longer be ordering here. The portions were smaller, the substitutions weren’t communicated, and overall it just felt like they put minimal effort into the order while still charging premium delivery prices. Definitely let down.
