• 22/10/24Mac & Cheese Bites bland and cold, cheese sauce was gross. Texas Brisket Fries fries were cold and had next to no brisket on top, again the cheese sauce GROSS.The Fat Jak Burger was ok, I guess. Overall the food was terrible especially for the price point. won't be eating here again

• 16/9/24Loaded fries servings are HALF of what is displayed here & look nothing like the photo either. Very misleading. The brisket burger tasted overwhelmingly like smoke, quite unpleasant

• 5/9/24Didn’t find this value for money. Overly sweet and sloppy. Would be better for more choices of different kinds of bun and more options that leave off things like their sauce and pickles. Also disappointing some Aussie classics like beetroot and tomato sauce aren’t available as burger options. Formulaic overly Americanised stuff.
