Sandwiches arrived in record quick time, hot and juicy. Meatball sub was superb, the bread was heavenly.

Sloppy soaked through the bag and paper wrapping. No cheese, very little meat, bread was soggy and wet. More mayo than meat. Not worth the price

I spent over $60 for four sandwiches. the tuna fish sandwich was awful. there was hardly any tuna on it and they put it with pickle and we ask for no pickle. it was inedible. $17.45 for steak and cheese sandwich and it was cold.
my doordasher had to wait there a while I guess they forgot to look at the printer.
it took a lot longer than it should have.
and for all the money I spent I should have had better quality.

I just paid $118 for five combos... I paid for FIVE sandwiches, FIVE sides, and FIVE drinks...the only thing received upon delivery was five sandwiches. I called Fire House and they told me to contact the delivery driver. I contacted the delivery driver and they told me to report it to door dash. After 8 minutes on hold and my sandwich getting cold, I was hung up on by Door Dash customer support. This is NOT the first time this has happened when ordering from Firehouse. Our large family purchases meals through DoorDash at LEAST 3 times a week and every single time we order from Firehouse they short us drinks and/or side. However, this is the first time that we have paid $118 on a single delivery and received LESS THAN HALF of what we paid for. You can see just how often our family purchases meals through this platform and that I have never once filed a complaint. I always leave good reviews when the food is good and arrives on time. I always tip the driver well and sometimes come back and tip extra if I find them to be extra polite or helpful. I have no issue with paying for the delivery fee and the five sandwiches that were received. I would just like to receive some sort of compensation for the missing items. Thank you in advance.

missing my Mac and cheese.... but the sandwich was good. 🙄 and then door dash didn't even refund me the full total of the Mac & Cheese so I still lost out. however my Firehouse Meatball® was good. had my extra cheese. pickle was there.
