First, my order was incorrect...I was sent the smaller size sandwich instead of the large. My sandwiches had hardly any meat on them. I am not sure if they were running out of meat, but I have never received a FH sub with this little meat before. This experience was awful.

A very nice hispanic lady that was working the register made sure that I got my correct order even though they were in the middle of a rush. She was very respectful, reassuring and positive.

Really like the Italian and Side Salad, however, bottom of sandwich was a bit soggy.
