Please bring back the original steak and cheese. This is okay, I just don't like to have to basically rebuild my sandwich before I can eat it, this pile on top open face, smh no. red peppers are too much and now the peppers are always harder than when just green peppers and onions. way too much cheese. I remembered now why I wasn't going to order. at least you didn't forget my pickle just the chips:(

Bread was a little old tasting but meat was unbeatable as usual. Love firehouses phillys best ive had in phoenix. Just wish they toasted their bread even slightly

I generally like Firehouse, but this store consistently messes up my orders. I'm not sure if it's an item availability issue, reading comprehension issue, or too much creative liberty, but at least 3x I've requested deli mustard and received mayo. 2 very different flavor profiles, not to mention colors(!). It's frustratingly frequent enough to lose my trust.

Ordered a sandwich and got no cheese and the wrong bread on it. Just meat, mayo and cucumber and two onion rings around the sandwich. The refund offered was not even 1.50. Cili was good though.
