• 2/7/23Never usually have a complaint but today, the subs came cold, and just slapped together, the Hook & Ladder® had so much mayo the meat just slid off the bread basically a mayo samich! The Chips were great! Still love ya firehouse just do better next time!

• 4/12/25I called the store immediately after placing the order (they knew my name), saying that one of the sandwiches had the wrong meat. I was told I had to call DoorDash. By the time I got through to DoorDash, the order was already on the way here. It was a simple fix. I will not be ordering again from this store.
