• 5/4/24Ordered 2 Italian™ Subs and a bowl of chili. Everything was great. The Firehouse Chili was so good I ate all first. Only wish it came in a bigger bowl, standard. Delicious!

• 2/5/26Always missing ingredients. Every single time we order. They never follow instructions on preparation. Missing items like chips. One time they sent a cookie that was missing half of it. Sloppy and messy sandwiches you can tell the just stepped it together and really don't care at all. Pretty terrible.

• 27/12/24My order was wrong. Hook sandwich was on white bread....it was ordered on wheat. Turkey sandwich was on wheat...it was ordered on white. The pickles were very small.
