Didnt get the garlic bread I paid $2 for the in my entire life eating at Firehouse... it was the absolute SADDEST steak & cheese I've had in my entire life and that includes poverty steak and cheese with budget american slices and $1 frozen shaven "meat". Veggies weren't even cooked. Seriously WTF?! Another dead franchise that will NEVER get business from me again.. Go to Big Al's.

Whoever was making subs on February 28 deserves a raise. My Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ was one of the best I had - crispy bacon, perfectly placed meat and great toppings. My Soups were good as well with the added cheese and onion.

Bread was hard on one side and soggy on the other , little meat but lots of onions and green peppers, quality has greatly decreased over the last few orders. Sadly disappointed

Pretty disappointed with my visit to Firehouse Subs. The lettuce was soggy and just plain gross — like it had been sitting in a tub of water all day. On top of that, the meat tasted off, like it had been reheated one too many times. Not what I expect from a place that usually does it right. Definitely not worth the price this time around.
