Order was not prepared as directed when placed. Asked for wheat received white. Looks like sandwich was thrown together. Sandwich was not proportioned, one half had a lot of chicken and the other hardly any with what appears to be ham added. Normt the quality I am used to from this establishment.

The sandwich infredientswere not balanced and heavy on the mayonnaise. The remaining ingredients appeared to be tossed onto the bread in great haste making the sandwich very sloppy to eat. Additionallt we paid extra to expedite the process and the delivery was delayed at the atore, it took unreasonably long to make two fast food sandwiches.

Sandwich was just off. Didn't have much taste and bread was soggy. Was kinda gross.
I get Firehouse often and today it was not good at all.

Got a veggie sandwich but someone added too many jalapeños , a rude amount you can see the whole lid is filled thats what I took off my sandwich. very dissatisfied. could not eat, the box is a large you can see it was a lot. I did not order extra extra jalapenos. That is not what i ordered.
The other ham sandwich was really plain not good.
On top of everything they didnt tape the bag right, was not shut secure for delivery so it was too uncomfortable to eat. I would like a full refund
