The Hooks and Ladder sandwich was really good, and everthing was perfect, thanks Kimberly, very nice and friendly over the phone when I called and confirmed order placed for my son's birthday. I really appreciate the overall great service.

The Smoked Turkey Breast Sub, had no flavor to it I wanted them to add mustard , no mayonnaise But they forgot to add it. I didn't taste any onions on my sub either and there was not enough Turkey Breast to cover the whole sandwich when I bit into the end parts of the Sub, all I tasted was lettuce and bread. It didn't have tomatoes either. Just Bland.

Everything was still hot and fresh! I ordered the Hook & Ladder® Combo and it was simply delicious! Will be ordering again! Great size portion for a teacher on break who needs a little pick me up!
