I love the Italian™ ! It is my go too treat to myself. I always get the medium but can never finish because it is so filling. I've had multiple orders with Firehouse and I'm always beyond satisfied with the experience.

Two thumb deep dressings for an entire Hook & Ladder Salad? Luckily I had dressing at home to supplement. The potato Soup was dark as if it was burned...usually I don't complain but I really wanted a salad today

The steak and cheese sub were perfect. The meatball sub's bread was burnt at both. And the club on a sub with the bacon on it was sloppy and thrown together. My kids also complained about the subs being soggy. As soon as they delivered, they were ready to eat them. This is the first time out of all my orders that I've had this issue.

I really enjoyed my steak and cheese sub. Though my husband agreed that the Pastrami was made like it was requested. He just did like it. He gives his 2 stars, and I give my order 5 stars. The dasher delivered our order right on time. I'm still going to give my favorite place 5 stars.

They gave me a sauce that had already been opened and used. I paid for a new sauce, not a used one. Very unsanitary.
