The Hook & Ladder® subs i could have just made at home. A couple slices of ham and turkey. Way too much lettuce. Barely any sauce. I asked for cucumbers on sub never received them. The Firehouse Salad about half of the lettuce was brown. All in all save your money and just make it at home. Will not order again

Italian™ was alright, nothing special. Good amount of meat, overwhelming amount of soggy, browning lettuce. Paid for a Cookie and did not receive so I can't say much there. I do not think I'll order from here again on doordash, maybe in person to check that actually got my items.

Club on a Sub™Club on a , I ordered through door dash. and unfortunately, the execution was way off today.
Missing Ingredients: The sandwich arrived completely missing the bacon and the mustard that I had specifically ordered.
Poor Presentation: It looked like it was just thrown together in a massive rush.
Soggy Bottom: The bottom bun was incredibly soggy. I understand that delivery takes time and steam happens, but the kitchen put way too much sauce on it, which made the sogginess much worse.
I usually enjoy Firehouse Subs, but this one really missed the mark on quality control. Please pay closer attention to the order notes and go lighter on the sauce for delivery orders!
