the pizza was great. The crust was the best part. the House Salad was fresh and large.

Pizza was tasty, crust was a little burnt. The wings were disappointing as they were super tiny with very little sauce. Not worth $11 unfortunately.

Best pizza in the vally by far! Fed 10 teens and they loved it. I selfishly wanted good pizza instead of chain pizza, and kids all agreed this was so much better. Pear and prosciutto is my fave. So so good!

Flames & Brew continues to impress me. The pizza is consistently flavorful, fresh, and just flat-out delicious. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff is friendly and kind every time I visit.
I did have a small issue with my order on my most recent visit, but what stood out was how it was handled. I called in and spoke with someone, and shortly after, the owner personally called me back. He even remembered me from before, which says a lot. He was very pleasant and professional. I told him I was okay, but he insisted I come back in before the weekend so he could remake my pizza free of charge. That kind of customer care is rare and truly appreciated.
For perspective — my favorite pizza in Seattle is Pagliacci’s, and here in Central Washington, Flames & Brew holds that top spot for me. That’s a big comparison, and they absolutely earn it.

Caesars salad for $10 was romaine lettuce and croutons.
seriously? you couldn't thrown in parm cheese?
and crust of pizza soft like mod pizza.
