• 27/4/26I’m leaving a 5-star review because the customer service and overall food quality here truly deserve it. The staff is always respectful, attentive, and professional, and when everything is on point, the food is excellent.
That said, I want to share some honest feedback so the experience can be more consistent. The zeppoles are a bit hit-or-miss. Sometimes they come out perfect—soft, warm, and fully filled—but other times they arrive with a very hard exterior and a hollow inside, which makes them uncomfortable to eat unless reheated. Unfortunately, microwaving changes the texture and doesn’t really fix the issue. I understand this may be due to distance and how they cool during delivery, since items like zeppoles are sensitive to temperature and timing.
The only other concern I’ve had is with drink orders. I specifically request regular soda (not zero), and even when I call to confirm, I’ve still received the wrong one multiple times. It may be a simple mistake, but it has happened enough that it stands out.
Overall, I still highly recommend this place because they clearly care about their customers and the quality of their food. With a little more consistency—especially with certain items and order accuracy—this would easily be a flawless experience every time.

• 22/9/25I was so impressed with the pizza. It was perfect light crispy, flavorful, and most of all, was very cosmopolitan like what you would get in north jersey or the city.

• 23/4/26I really like franks but this was ridiculous. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap which in the description comes with crispy chicken, lettuce, tomato's, cheese and red onions. The picture is what I received. Just grilled chicken with buffalo sauce... I then called and the person on the phone said that's how it comes... mind you it says crispy chicken so idk why there was grilled in there. Anyways, he continues to say that in order to get the toppings you have to ask for it in the message box. I have never heard of that before and I got the chicken Caesar wrap yesterday and it came with all the toppings in the description and I didn't have to ask. Honestly if they would've said it was a mistake rather than lying I wouldn't be as upset. I'm literally at work that was my lunch.
