We take a lot of pride and no shortcuts in preparing our bolognese sauce for your gnocchi fix. only the highest quality 100% Australian beef topside mince is selected by our chef to create this classic dish. Slow cooked for over four hours, our mince picks up enormous flavour as it’s cooked in a combination of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, onion, celery, basil, ripe cherry tomatoes, along with a splash of sweet Italian red wine and a touch of our secret Italian herbs and spices. We highly recommend adding a serve of 'Italian mopping bread' to ensure you scoop up all the deliciousness this dish offers. Allergens: small amount of garlic, onion and chilli used in sauce.
