• 21/6/23The Dirty Brown Sugar Latte with Pearls is taste milk only(loos like milk only not brown at all) very bland. The brown sugar milk tea taste bland as well, no sweetness at all. Can't even taste the sugar even with a %50 sweetness level. Very disappointed.

• 8/8/23Drinks taste like water and there was only a tiny bit of ice in them, so it was completely melted by the time the drinks got here.

• 30/12/25if items are out of stock, you should reach out instead of refund and not tell. I got 5 ppl ordered the drinks and now only 3ppl with the drinks.
