• 11/4/25okay im writing this review to give props to whomever made my @vegan sausage egg and cheeze chia seeds croissant sandwich today at approximately roughly around ~12:35-12:40ish pm today Friday April 11 2025 from the 649 broadway / nolita / greenwich / astor pl area location! i've ordered this sandwich a bunch of times and your skill improves with every one, and it's *perfection* today!!
like its hot, the cheese is melty, the yummy spicy sausage is plump and hot and juicy!!!, (it seems like you followed my review where I recommended going with a more flavorful vegan sausage? well, you nailed it!!).
the bread is also perfectly toasted, as in hot and moist but not dry! no cutting the roof of my mouth!!! there are those beautiful black very faint charring marks that make those parts of the bread/croissant extra flaky/crispy with that faint smokey layer of flavor!! even the chia seeds that coat the bread are toasted instead of hard/overly-crunchy like one of the last few times- the seeds today added an amazing crispy texture to the soft hot croissant bread and hot (temperature not flavor) savory plump moist vegan sausage... and perfect melty cheese!!!
like it was completely as perfect as can be. well done!!! (without being overcooked!! lol)

• 25/6/25Egg sandwich was not good. Coffee was great! I would order coffee again because It was fresh and the portion that u ordered. Egg was similar to Starbucks. But Starbucks was better!

• 10/7/25The store treated the delivery partner horribly, order wasn't ready and was very late! They even threatened to cancel the order I do not recommend this location
