The pepitos had almost no meat, too much sauce. It is expensive! The fries were old and soggy. You definitely need to improve your quality if you want to charge this much money. Would not buying from here again

The size is INCREDIBLY small. My child will keep hungry after this. The 2x1 offer seems a scam, you're barely having few more bits for the price of one

The personal grill (parrilla personal )didn't arrive looking like the photo; I didn't get a single piece of meat as shown on the grill—instead, I received a few small, cut-up pieces. It wasn't what I expected to receive.

Today was my first time ordering from Grilltopia. I used DoorDash, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.
I ordered two meals plus a side: a Parrilla Personal with sirloin, rice, black beans, and chimichurri; a Parrilla Personal with chicken, rice, and maduros; and a side of potato salad.
At no point did anyone reach out to notify me that items were unavailable or that substitutions would be made. When my order arrived, the chicken meal had been changed to sirloin, and the rice had been replaced with yuca bites. My son eats beef, but I do not, so these unapproved substitutions meant one of the meals wasn't suitable.
I called the restaurant to express my concerns and hopefully resolve the issue, but my call went straight to voicemail and was never answered.
If items are out of stock, customers should be notified and given the opportunity to approve substitutions or cancel the order. I would have cancelled and saved my $64. Unexpected substitutions—especially changing the protein—can create real problems for customers. My first experience with Grilltopia was a disappointing one, and I hope they improve their communication and customer service. Meanwhile, I will spread the word that just because you order it, doesn't mean you're receive it.
