The food is great, but on this and other occasions they've taken an inordinate amount of time to prepare it.

Taste of the food is not consistent. I'm a regular dine in customer and every time food tastes different (getting low tasty) and quantity getting low. Ordered Chilli Chicken - Dry and it tasted bad.
