Waffle not cooked correctly, broken and crushed as well, and wrong puff cream sent to us. No straw included for boba tea.
Normally every thing is great - we will try again. We were given a refund so great service there

Last two times ordering, the waffles were subpar— too crunchy and all broken apart in the package.

We usually order the classic brown sugar tea, expecting the good taste we always get. Unfortunately, not this time. The tapioca was not fully cooked and it tasted terrible. It was the worst boba I've tasted so far. I did not drink this.
