Ordered a Monster Biscuit extra ham and 3 sausage biscuits with 3 gravies and two hash rounds ---- all the food was correctly made hot fresh and delicious!

Items are consistently missing from orders. Food is sloppy and thrown together. This is the second time ordering a burrito and it is just food inside a tortilla. The tortilla is torn barely rolled. I'm missing hashbrowns. I'm always missing an item.

The bacon was undercooked & the Cinnamon Roll was hard almost stale. The icing wasn't even melted. I probably won't order from Hardee's again.
