I was missing both orders of fries and my burger had cheese melted on it after special request asking for no cheese due to allergy! And was declined a refund!!!!

Chicken was great but a lot smaller than it used to be and a lack of condiments requested. Over all happy though.

I ordered 1 Strawberry Lemon Biscuits and it was so burnt up and hard it was not edible 😒 Very disappointed since the last 3 I've bought didn't have but a tad of icing also
