Didn't receive the tea even though I ordered & paid for it. Biscuits ok but slightly gummy(not quite cooked) in the middle even though they are thin; ham in biscuit is paper thin.

order bogo sausage biscuit and received only 1. we ordered 3 hash rounds all 3 was literally dripping in oil. not cooked even half way. bottom of container was a pool of oil that seeped all over everything.

I did not get the breakfast platter , I did get the smoked sausage on a biscuit but no egg or hash rounds. I did get side of gravy and 2 sausage biscuits. I was disappointed it was to be my Mother's Day breakfast but what I got was tasty.

The low carb burger came on a bun not lettuce like stated and with only half of a piece of bacon not a whole strip. My Mushroom Swiss had no bacon at all. Your employees need to pay more attention to the orders and what goes on them. Maybe you need to have an employee restructure or a good talk to them I am a retired chef and this kind of customer service would not fly in my restaurants. It's quality not quantity. I hope you can resolve this with your staff before y'all loose more business
