The food was cold, the fries were cold, dry, and hard, totally inedible. The double cheeseburger had been sitting for quite a while under the heat lamp; you know how cheese looks when it sits? That's how this looked, old, sweaty, and darker than the cheese under the bun. It's a good thing it was a double cheeseburger- the patties were so small it took two to completely cover the bun. I asked for extra ketchup, onions, and pickles. I got 3 pickles, one squirt of ketchup, one squirt of mustard, and a very small amount of onions which I paid extra for, so no. The chili dog was okay, a prefer my hotdogs softer but these are cooked on a roller so these have that snap when you bite. The chili was so bland the onions completely overpowered it, I asked for extra mustard and got none. The diet Dr. Pepper was watered down and almost flat, not sure if this was due to the length of delivery time or just a bad mix with the syrup. The apple pies were the only items that were hot! They must have just come out of the oil right before my driver picked up the order. They were delicious.

This Hardees is one of the best I have ever ordered from!! We are very picky about our hamburgers and I had the single patty quarter lb, with all the fixings. It was fresh and hot. I love the fresh hot crinkle fries too!!

The fries were cold and the burger bun was tough (like it was stale). The burger patty itself was dry and tasted old as well. The overall meal wasn't the same quality I've experienced before. I'd order again, just probably not at this time of night.

Not as good as usual. Sausage was really spicy-- maybe they changed. Biscuits were small and different than usual.

I realize that it takes a little time to get food on delivery but this was awful egg was hard in Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich with BaconHash Rounds® we're very cold biscuits in the Biscuit 'N' Gravy™ were like hockey puck overall just poor quality you need better managers
