• 23/4/24Only fast food restaurant I will order breakfast from - they NEVER disappoint! Our Dasher arrived earlier than expected. The Country Ham Biscuit with egg & cheese added was so fresh, very warm just as if I cooked it! The Cinnamon Rolls NEVER arrive as if they've been sitting but the opposite. They're ALWAYS hot, with plenty of melted icing (I don't think you can ever have too much icing)! TEMPLE AVENUE HARDEES entire staff - YOU ALL ROCK! One additional thing - they always package the food as it should be, not crammed into a bag thats entirely too small - that's extremely rare but very important to me. It's something small to most, but in my opinion DETAILS MATTER - from the largest to the smallest. It's the big picture which is made from each small detail and it also speaks volumes about an establishment. You can pick up a great deal of information from each detail that ends up making the entire picture an ultimately forms ones opinion about the experience of the restaurant, employees & management. That said, with ordering food, using a third party service to deliver your food, you're putting your trust in a lot of strangers hands. With the manner in which Temple Avenue Hardees packages the order including what I definitely feel is above and beyond, the bag containing your order is stapled, taped with tape which has Hardees colors/logo and that is amazing!!! Thx Temple Avenue Hardees Employees and our Dasher who arrived earlier than expected, was respectful of our property and placed the order carefully where it was supposed to be!!

• 13/3/24I ordered 2 Cinnamon Rolls; they're always amazing however, this morning, I no sooner ordered & my order arrived. The Cinnamon Rolls were literally like I had just taken them out of my oven. They were so fresh, very hot, the icing was melted covering the top, running down through the Cinnamon Rolls mixing with the gooey cinnamon mixture! Whether I pick up or order from Hardee's, it's ALWAYS this location (Temple Avenue-it's just the best as are its employees)! I always order Cinnamon Rolls. That said, they definitely outdid theirselves this morning. The Cinnamon Rolls were pure perfection! They always include napkins, utensils & the bag is stapled, taped with the receipt stapled on front of the bag. Thx Temple Avenue Hardees...as always, you rock!!

• 22/2/24Wow! What a pleasant surprise! In my opinion, the fact the food was in a normal Hardee's bag BUT was stapled & had a piece of tape placed on the bag securing the contents is a fantastic idea. The food was hot, fresh and arrived extremly fast. The Dasher was extremely polite and kind. It's very nice to start your day by opening your door only to see someone who's smiling and looks so very happy. I have a Ring Video Doorbell and noticed how carefully she placed my order on my porch. You'd think she was handling something breakable. She definitely showed she cares about her job as well as showed respect for my property and was very courteous. Kudos for handling your job in that manner!! Thank you for delivering my order and brightening my day!!
Hardees - the food I ordered - (2) Cinnamon Rolls, a Country Ham Biscuit with egg and cheese and a Super Sausage Biscuit were amazing, hot and fresh. The food was obviously packaged with care, wasn't thrown in the bag and they included utensils and napkins. The quality of the food was great, considering it was fast food. Kudos to Hardee's for ensuring the order was correct and for putting the extra effort into how the food was packaged!! Thank you!! I definitely regret not taking pictures because each item looked perfect. Like how food looks for advertising purposes but when you try it, it doesn't look close to the commercial you saw.
For me, the fact the bag was stapled and taped is definitely an extremely important aspect and a huge factor in determining if I will use Door Dash again. I was definitely hesitant to order using a third party delivery service due to thinking the driver could touch my food or go through my order. That said, once I saw how my order was packaged I was relieved. I don't know if that's a normal practice for Door Dash but if it's not it absolutely should be. I can see that in itself adding additional customers using your service which ultimately will affect your bottom line in a positive direction.
My husband's order wasn't even close to being packaged in that manner and the Dasher was more concerned about himself and those with him. I'll leave that right there.
Amazing overall experience and to be as hesitant as I was, it wasn't even close to what I was expecting but the complete opposite. Great food and great service from both Hardee's and Door Dash!!
Hopefully, should I decide to try Door Dash again, it will be an amazing experience as this one was!! : )

• 31/3/26Everything was great. Country ham cooked perfectly. Eggs not overcooked, but perfect. Biscuits not perfect, but better than sometimes. Gravy GREAT.
