This the second order in a row. Last night I ordered the grilled salmon bowl with shrimp! But today they only had catfish on the menu, so I decided to try it when I say delicious! The food was hot upon arrival ! My bowl is filled to the top, with fresh blackened catfish, soft rice with nicely seasoned steak broccoli! It definitely serves for two meals, I really like HGC I hope they keep this going !

Chicken bowl was smothered in sauce that was not listed in ingredient list. I'd say the sauce to chicken ratio was 2:1
The pieces of Chicken Bowl that weren't covered in sauce was OK.
Would recommend if I could get bowl without sauce.

I really like the sauce , just wish it was more on under the meats too ! But the salmon was cooked to perfection & the shrimp is seasoned really well ! I like this fresh hot quick meal ! The rice is soft and the beans are cooked well !

The vegetable medley was bland and carrots undercooked. There were two tiny pieces of broccoli in the wrap.

I appreciate the company for offering afforadable, healthy meal options, however, the three meals that I had today were not satisfying. Firstly, I didn't get much flavor from anything besides the shrimps. Secondly, everything came out plain, no sauce or proper seasoning. Thirdly, the portion sizes could be more generous, but only if there were bolder flavors. I am not sure that I would order again, as all three of my meals disappointed me.
