A local favorite, High Tide Deli is a fun indoor/outdoor cafe offering a full coffee menu with breakfast items, delicious acai bowls, smoothies and deli sandwiches.
Both the Turkey Bliss (Half Size) Sandwich, on a Dutch Crunch roll, and the Iced Carmel Latte were exquisite!

This was horrible, and I hate to say it because I am a local, but this is probably the worst BLAT (Full Size) I have ever had, especially for almost 20 dollars. previous reviwers are correct about this sandwhich. There were basically no ingredients in it. It didn't even seem like they cared what they were sending.

Sandwich was mediocre not much stuff in it and I added bacon, but I wasn't even sure it was in there… I found it eventually just really wasn't quality for what I was paying. The picture was nothing like the sandwich I feel like in comparison to other sandwich shops in the area. They could probably do better. There was a lot of sauce which made it hard to enjoy the veggies. Maybe if you dine in it's better not sure.

Went here after a bike ride and everything hit the spot... Sandwiches and smoothies were great. Plenty of seating on the patio and staff was very friendly.

One of my local favorites that I frequent. Always impeccable service and consistent quality are things you can count on. My go to choices are: Americano, Avocado Toast or a build my own sandwich.
