This is the best ramen that I've had in years. The broth and toppings are kept separate so they don't get soggy. The broth is hot and flavorful. The portion size is huge. Definitely enough for two. Ohhh and the beef rib was so tender it fell off the both. I don't really comment on food but this was amazing. Just hate that I'm visiting and can't get it more often!!

The broth has great flavor. i love that they have the tray to keep the noodles out of the broth so they dont get soggy. The pork is a lil tough but has good flavor and the eggs are awesome. The piece of Tiramisu is very large and tastes great!

Tonkotsu Shoyu is always amazing! every single time I stay in town I order from here and it's always so tasty. It is always so filling and makes me happy with the packaging! Ordered extra egg and a side of brisket and the brisket is so tender!

Believe me when I tell you, these are the BEST shrimp tempura I've EVER HAD! Now I'm ruined because even when I'm eating in a different restaurant where the tempura is freshly served, it doesn't even come close to matching this crispy delectable tempura. Absolutely scrumptious!
