got the hotline burger and hot fries! not sure how they did it but the fries were still crispy upon delivery. the caramelized onions were the perfect touch to the burger! probably my favorite smashburger in the city so far. HOTLINE BURGERHOT FRIES

Been sleeping on this place and I'm so sorry I did. Burgers are seasoned just right and still a good size for a smashed patty. The SMACK FRIES will leave you saying "In-N-Out who?" Highly Recommend them!

My first time trying hotline and I will definitely order again. The CHEESE FRIES were still crispy and not soggy at all. The JR. JALAPEÑO BURGER was the perfect size for me, great seasoning and those fresh jalapeños were HOT! Loved it!

May be the best smash on the market! The extra crispy patties are off the chain! Like what! Parmesan fries and the hot fries with Cheeto dusted! Super delicious.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience as other reviewers. The HOTLINE BURGER and the JR. HOTLINE BURGER both lacked flavor and had very little sauce on them. Very bland. I was looking forward to the CHEESE FRIES based on reviews, but mine were flavorless, and only a few fries had cheese on top. The REGULAR FRIES were good, crispy, and seasoned well. Other than that, we won't be a repeat customer. We prefer our meat patty to be seasoned and to not rely on sauce to bring flavor. Since there was very little sauce, no flavor. Disappointing to be our first order.
