Sweet Cream Flapjacks (3)  they're very huge looks good Hot Chocolate  yummy chocolate Hot Chocolate Huck's Regular Coffee the Huck's Regular Coffee came with lots of creamer etc which is good Fruit Topping the Fruit Topping are big containers also which is good.

We were longtime guests of the Pismo location, so admittedly came in with some expectations...which unfortunately, were left largely unfulfilled. 
The Mississippi Skillet was flavorful and fresh. I'd have cooked the bell peppers a bit  longer, but it wasn't the end of the world...I just picked them all out & carried on.
Biscuit and gravy was fine. 
Beignets were kind of...well...nondescript. The photo showed several Beignets, so I was surprised to discover the order only comes with three. They were gone in short order, because...well...we needed another order given the discrepancy.   
The Southern Peach Tea and Strawberry Lemonade were decent, but definitely didnt feel like we hit the jackpot after paying$7.77 apiece. No sugar rimmed anything...just some styrofoam cups & pretty decent bev.
But the crowning glory of the meal was the Huck's Combo. Beyond words. Just look at the picture.

Growing up with family from Louisiana and cooking Cajun/Creole my entire adult life, I've learned you can guage authenticity of a Cajun/Creole restauarant by their Gumbo. Very good, Hucks. Ca c'est bon!

The Beignets  look nothing like the picture. They were dripping with oil and not cooked all the way. Basically they were dough balls. The Crab Cake Benedict was well cooked. It was still crispy at delivery. Taste was not great. There chili's in it and it overpowered the crab. With the hollandaise sauce it was too sour. Eggs were cooked well. Best part of the meal was the Iced Caramel Macchiato . The whipped cream was delicious.
