• 28/5/23I ordered the shrimp basket. The photo they have shows a basket full of a satisfactory amount of shrimp and French fries, however, what I received was 5 burnt extra crispy shrimp and a handful of fries. the food was inedible. I understand times can get busy, but if something gets burnt, just remake it, don't send it out to someone who paid hard earned money for their order.

• 17/7/22They usually forget something every time I order, this time I did not receive my tea or raisin bread I paid extra for. That was after I ended up calling them because something wasn't added to my order (my fault) and they read off my order to me which included both the raisin bread and tea.
