The New Chicken Florentine Crepes are excellent! I was so happy to see them back on the menu as they were a long time favorite from a few years ago. 
As usual the crepes were perfect and the hollandaise was so good.

Hit the spot for Sunday Brunch at home. Better quality and quantity than I expected. It fed 4 adults, 3 men/1 woman. 

Bacon, sausage, french toast bread, and hash browns very good quality. Eggs looked and tasted like a mix versus fresh cracked. 

We live quite a drive from IHOP but our food was still warm. 

My only suggestions:
1. Crispy Hashbrowns 
2. Flavored Syrups not taste like chemicals - the after taste is still lingering. 
3. French Toast allowed to soak in batter so it permeates into the bread not just the surface. 
4. Include Butter and salt & pepper in condiments.

The eggs tasted off like spoiled possibly. They did not provide any fresh strawberries forthe Thick ‘N Fluffy French Toast Combo and only provided a tiny bit of the strawberry topping it had three tiny strawberries.  And for the Chicken Country Fried Steak & Eggs there was only a tiny bit of gravy included. They should consider being more generous with these items especially considering the price for delivery and the fact  that  you cannot ask for more on the order form.

The toast had the texture of compressed saw dust. $4 for two small dried up pieces of "toasted" bread.

create your own french toast combo showed strawberries and whip cream. Was cold and dry. One little packet of syrup. The bacon and ham were very poor quality. The hash browns for both orders were so greasy and crunchy they hurt our teeth, pancakes cold and dry. Worst delivered meal of all time. So overpriced for basically half the meal you'd get if you ate at the restaurant. Will never go to IHOP Vancouver location again.
