My absolute favourite place to order from! The bowls and smoothies are really filling and I can tell the ingredients are always fresh. Thanks for always being consistent! Personal faves: Zesty Mexican bowl and Lift smoothie

Omelette was mediocre - wasn't expecting spring onions. You wouldn't know that the Cappuccino was a cappuccino - no foam or microfoam at all, coffee taste was subpar. Honey + Almond Butter toast was good, but pricey for the volume of food.

The Falafel Hummus Wrap has been one of our favourites but what we received in our order yesterday was quite small, hard and dry. Totally inedible. We're fine paying $25 for a wrap.. but not like this. Impact, please keep the quality together, we really like what you guys do!

This order was a complete disappointment!
The food was terrible! The price for five small wraps and five green drinks was $246!
I ordered waters and they cancelled them because they were out of stock and didn't send any replacement or offer any replacement and we are in the middle of a heat wave! These sandwiches are for my outdoor workers. I will never order from this establishment again.
Absolutely ridiculous. I tried to reach them by phone. My DoorDash also tried to convince them to exchange waters for the ones out of stock and they did not. They refused, saying that they had already refunded the water in the app and would not open a new order.
Absolutely terrible behaviour.

Portion was really shocking. I order frequently in store and have never given like a half sized bowl. Shocking to learn there are markups based on the store prices too. Disappointing.
