Delivery time was awful but the cookies were very good!

The cookies and ice cream are actually really good. It's such a disappointment that I never get what I pay for, especially when it comes to the ice cream. If I pay for 2 scoops I get one, if I pay for three I get two.

I ordered a 9 pack for my family while watching the World Cup and only received 8 cookies. Of course the ones I ordered were deluxe & had a $2 up charge. Plus it took nearly two hours to arrive.
Normally it doesn't take this long & my order is fine.

I ordered a Ice Cream on a Deluxe Cookie.. 3 flavors.. only one showed one. one scoop. so waste of money! it tasted goo and the cookie was warm but wth

Cookies are always great! However delivery time is longer than normal bc they use their own drivers. Also missing an item from my order.
