Chicken fingers were extremely DRY and the "boat of fries" was more like a toy boat of fries. Very disappointing. Not anything like the quality of Jack's in Columbiana. Will not order from here again.

Fries unseasoned, Tenders were dry for the most part, portions were fine, Definitely not very fresh. probably wouldn't bother ordering jacks again.

Rude staff including manager. My husband went to pick up our order. He showed them he was supposed to have 3 coffees total in the order. 1 ordered as part of a combo & 2 separately. But they refused to give us our 3rd one. It was listed on the paper receipt they printed out as well as on the phone. So we didn't get all of our order we paid for. We will not be returning to this location anytime soon. Thankfully DoorDash gave me a credit back for the coffee they refused to give us.
