• 6/3/24 I paid extra to get a LARGE fry with the tenders. The little basket contained the tenders, two containers of sauce, and a little over 20 fries sprinkled on top.
Food tasted great as always.

• 21/10/26This is the first time I'd ever had bad food from jacks. The chicken was overcooked or just had set under heat lamp too long. It was a late order but still, it could have been better

• 14/10/25There was only half a container of grits and it was swimming in butter. There wasnot an online choice for diet drink version that I know they have and no way to make the request. I texted door dash to ask for them to get the diet version but the store refused to give the correct drink even after being shown the text requesting it. They sent and charged me for the drink I did not want. They nneed to fix the drink list or give a way to request it. And their staff should be cooperative with the customer requests without rudeness.
