I ordered the “Loaded” Hot Mess Sauced and Loaded Potato Wedgies from Jack in the Box, expecting them to be fully loaded as described. However, when I received them, there was only one jalapeño and barely any cheese. Also, the fries were stale. This is not what I paid for, and the portion was far less than advertised. I’ve attached a photo for reference. I would like a refund for this item.

curly fries we're nice and crisp and delicious as always. Jumbo Jack just as I ordered tasty. and I also got a diet root beer not every place offers diet root beer it was delicious and ice cold and just what I was looking for. thank you Jack the box once again you satisfied my Hunger Games

Ordered two smash burgers both were old like they've been sitting since lunch. They were dry. Mine was supposed to have mayo and ketchup, and it did not have it.
This is three times in a row now I've had to complain about my order. It gets very frustrating.
