I ordered the "Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo and received a burger with two of the thinnest slices of bacon, and dry almost stale room temperature fries. Super disappointed, I should have just ordered the baconator from Wendy's like I was originally going to do.

Food tasted terrible. Hashbrown was crunchy, hard and burnt around the edges. The sourdough bread was hard as a rock, eggs dry af and crunchy around the edges, cheese cold and hard. This whole meal pissed me off, on top of the fact they won't give me my money back. Would not order from this restaurant again. I get the SAME exact thing from EVERY Jack in the Box. so it's not Jack - it's the location that SUCKS. Because I'm never dissatisfied as it's my favorite meal. Yall just definitely effed it up.

Hot Mess Munchie Meal was over saucedto the point the bun fell apart when I opened it to eat it but the taco were good and I didn't get an antenna ball but the frieswere good. the Jack's Spicy Chicken® Combo was goodell cooked and not too big or small.

I didn't realize the tacos are just bean and cheese and lettuce, I definitely thought they had some meat in them or at least some significant bean filling, this had about as much bean as it did lettuce, almost nothing. The Midnight Snack Shake was delicious and crushed

Sauced & Loaded Tiny Tacos had to use a fork to remove from containers. messy. Double Jack® Combo meat tasted funky. Build Your Own Munchie Meal Tacos actually tasted greasy.
